Steven C. Spencer, MD is a Family Practice physician who brings his years of experience to provide extremely safe and effective aesthetic procedures. Dr. Spencer was born in Boulder, Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado in 1983 with a degree in biology. Dr. Spencer graduated from University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston in 1987 and completed his family practice residency at University of Texas Health Science Center, Southwest Memorial in 1990.
From 1990 until 1999, Dr. Spencer practiced at Memorial City in Houston, Texas, serving many years as a family physician in the West Houston area. In 1999, Dr. Spencer established Kelliwood Family Practice in Katy, TX along with his wife, Michelle-Osborne-Spencer, PA.
In 2005, Dr. Spencer added esthetic medicine to his practice with the creation of About Face & Body. Dr. Spencer has advanced training in Sclerotherapy (spider vein treatment) by Empire Medical Training, Inc. Along with Dr. Spencer, Michelle Osborne-Spencer, PA and Amanda Smith, PA-C have extensive training in IPL and Laser treatments, BOTOX, Juvederm, and Blu Light, as well as Smartxide Dot Fractional Resurfacing.
About Face & Body is proud to be the first practice in the Katy/Houston area to offer Smartxide DOT Fractional Resurfacing.
We believe our background in Family Medicine gives us the ability to care for your specific needs both inside and out. Michelle & Amanda received extensive training in advanced cosmeceuticals by Obagi and SkinMedica. About Face & Body staff members have received training and certification by Colorescience for their medical-grade mineral cosmetics line.
